Garden Room

This is a fully insulated building, that is designed to sit next to a Pergola. The Pergola is purchased separately from a DIY store, and attaches neatly to the side of the building to give an instant designer look to the bottom of the garden. The building is 12 x 8 and features 2 x U-PVC windows, and a Sienna door, and has green mineral felt onto a mono pitched roof.

Intenally the inside is fully insulated, then lined with birch faced 12mm plywood, with cover strips concealing the joins. Electrics are not included in the price, but can be added if required.

Alterations, such as the interior of the garden office, or the garden office door and windows can be exchanged to suit requirements.
