The Warwick Buildings Show Site and Office is situated on NIGHTINGALE LANE, on the A423 which is the main road between Southam and Coventry. We are located one mile north of Southam in the village of Long Itchington and situated between the Long Itch Diner and the Cuttle Inn.
Our Show Site offers the opportunity to view a variety of buildings including Garages, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices, Stables and a Small Business Unit. The Show Office is open Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. You can also visit the site on Sundays and Bank Holidays as pedestrian access is available and the show buildings are open.
Please note that the Show Site is on the canal side so children and pets should be supervised at all times

Many of our customers travel some distance to see a Warwick Buildings and are often a bit peckish before they arrive or after leaving the Show Site. Long Itchington itself is blessed with lots of eateries and other local services some of which are included here for your information

Right next door to our Show Site and famed locally for their version of the 'Great British Fry Up' the Long Itch Diner also offers a selection of reasonably priced snacks and drinks together with and a meat and two veg' lunchtime option

A Lovely Gastro Pub?
The Buck & Bell is a good place to stop off for good pub food or a glass of real and local ales. It has a pleasant position overlooking the village pond with seating out side for the sunny days we sometimes have! Just 1/4 mile from our door the Buck & Bell is open all and every day from 12 o’clock, and food is served Monday-Saturday 12.00pm-2.30pm and 6.00pm-9.30pm and all day Sunday from 12.00pm-5.30pm
